My practice is informed by advanced training in psychoanalytic theory and evidence-based modalities.
Experience
Practising clinically since 2018, I have extensive experience providing thoughtful, depth-oriented psychotherapy for adults and young adults facing complex psychological challenges.
Specializations
My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, complex trauma, grief and loss, and identity struggles. I specialize in addressing relationship difficulties and personality-related concerns through both individual and couple-based interventions.
Approach
My clinical work is grounded in classical and contemporary psychoanalytic theory, specifically the traditions of Freud and Lacan. While psychoanalysis forms the foundation of my practice, I integrate evidence-based approaches when clinically appropriate, including Transference-Focused Psychotherapy (TFP), Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT), and contemporary frameworks like ACT and CBT to suit each client’s unique needs.
Values
Depth, clarity, and the therapeutic alliance are at the core of my practice. I believe in a sustained commitment to understanding the "why" behind emotional pain, creating a collaborative space where meaningful and lasting psychological change can unfold.
